Just to update you on my router problems.  Our ISP sent us a trial
router to establish whether the fault was on the line or on the
router.  We were able to get on line OK with the trial router so
Netgear DG 843S is now binned and new router (Netgear N300) bought
from Maplins.  Many thanks for advice!
