the envelope shop n po box on western rd near Evolution shop has an a3 scanner to use if im not mistaken or they havent stopped the service
but hey dont be so lazy and fold the paper and simple stick the 2 a4 together in PS or program alike? ;) or simple google search for a3 scanning brighton, uk and there ye go but if you insist on paying ill do it on my a4 and put them together very pro where you wont notice a seem !
