Hi Gilly

Download handbrake from www.handbrake.fr an copy it to your applications folder
then :

Open the movie file in handbrake
Select to turn it into a .mp4 file
Click on add to queue
Click on start queue

It should save the new .mp4 file to your desktop by default. There are
tutorials on the handbrake website for converting to different formats.

Regards

Sam
