Hi Sam,

I am just looking at the Handbrake site and will download it and have a play. h.264 codec sounds very technical but I am sure I'll get my head around it. I think the thing is that I am floundering a bit in the world of video and websites (the website had to go up very quickly as someone else who was going to do it for us, just let us down and so I volunteered). Enjoyable but a steep learning curve.

Thanks again,

Martin

Hi Martin

Email them and point out that as the movie works on many other computers, perhaps the problem is with theirs? Direct them to www.apple.com/trailers where they can test more movies.

You could also use handbrake to compress the movie down further using the h.264 codec, which would bring the filesize down.
