you can just rightclick on their address and it offers to create a smart mailbox. Frankly, sorting things into mailboxes could take me my entire life so that's what I do with everything!

My approach is to dump all people related emails (usually friends and family)
in one mail box and use smart mailboxes to organise them. Then I have folders
for organisations with rules to move them in there and the rest I move manually
into project related folders. Mostly works fine though it could do with some
tweaking ...

Hi

I want fo set up a Mailbox to collect all incoming mail from a given
address....is Smart Mailbox the way to go?

Obviously I can create a mail box on my mac and manually drag all relevant mail
into it so segregating chosen emails but is there a way of doing it
automatically??

TIA
