You seem to get random chat lines and stuff adding you on skype pretty
regularly, just decline or block them its spam.  As for the request history,
 I *think* skype's notifications work in a way where if you got the
notification on your iphone then you have already "seen" it and it won't
show it to you again on your computer as well.
