clonezilla is a really easy to use bootable linux cd (or usb pen) that can
do this sort of thing.  can clone to another hard drive, or to recordable
DVD or network share...  It wont be able to clone a running system like
superduper though, but if its just for a one off computer cloning its
probably one of the best for the job.
