How about that, I finally got an iPad and all excited tonight for further playing, I turn on my MacBook to fire up itunes to get it all in sync and..... It seems the backlight on my MacBook has died. I can just about make out the picture but it is clear that the backlight is not on. Tried restarting, restting PRAM etc... I can hear the sounds and the disk but no scree , just the faint outline of the login screen I can see
Does anyone have any tips for further things to try, or indeed recommendations for a local repair? It is a unibody MacBook, only a couple of years old Just my luck that it should fail now!
