Very happy OmniFocus user since day 1. It's very powerful and flexible but may be too much for some. I run it on my iPod touch and iPad too. Syncing between all three using MobileMe is seamless, though Omni are now offering a Beta of free use of their own servers for the purpose and Omni's level of support is superb.
