Dreamweaver does not have this.
But I use CS3 on various screen sizes (15" laptop, 20" iMac, 30" Apple
Display) and it works fine on all of them. If its a problem for you, why
not minimise all the other applications (that maybe you can see), or run
CS3 in a 'space' all by itself.
