Thank you so much, Ranulph and Paul. In the end, I found on the internet a "Tech Talk Point" article – Printing Labels, Mailing List & Envelopes in Mac OSX with Address Book
– which walked me through the process of printing labels with Address Book. And Ranulph is right, it's not too difficult after all. It obviously helps to have standard labels (which my French ones aren't).
