Dixons/PC World have mac departments (even mac stores) in airport shops. They sell at approximately the price of the machine before vat is added. They sell to any passenger (you don't have to be going abroad). They will send stuff to a UK address (you don't have to carry your imac with you). They sell only standard machines: no special specs.
And yes, they don't advertise prices. But they will be approximately 20% lower than you'd pay in the Apple store, if true to form.
