if iPad 2 had flash it would run like a slug and the battery would last about three hours. And apple would be blamed. and if it had flash, and you went to a website that had flash, it would run flash. It would be unavoidable.
Then there's the fact that mobile flash is really problematic even about doing what it claims to do...
