Further to my question on attempting to watch a movie DVD on my iMac. The movies were recognized on my wife’s macbook pro!
I tried running the movie DVD on a separate dvd drive, in the imac but still the message appeared <The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer> Both drives do however recognize my Brother instruction DVD and music CD's is this a software issue? I ran the hardware test, which did not indicate a problem. Any assistance gratefully received.
