Sounds like the iCal app is crashing, possibly because it's still syncing with 
MobileMe. I'd leave it for 20 mins to sync, especially if it's not on a wifi 
network. if that doesn't work try switching the phone completely off and on 
again (hold the power button down then swipe to turn off).
