I had a call from Barclaycard fraud department today asking if a one pound transaction from mobile.me has been authorised by myself as they felt it was suspicious well so did I so I contacted apple and they stated that they try a one pound transaction before renewing the mobile.me account, I guess it's to see if the card is valid and you get the pound back! . Anyhow I asked in future as a recommendation that Apple just email mobile.me customers to let them know that this ONE pound transaction will be taking place as credit card companies flag it up as suspicious activity and as today spent half the day trying to contact me.
also did anybody answer SAMs question the other day about VAT on the App store? sorry if they did but Ive slipped behind with emails as ive been sick and am now only just catching up. And as a final question how much will cancoms new MacBook Pro's be? I know Darren gave me a good deal on this MacBook which is 2 years old now, but running really well but my wife said they other day that as i'm off on an apple mac forensics course I migt need a new one ! .... I nearly feel over with shock and am still not convinced she was with it at the time but I will see....
