My mouse scrolling "ball" is scrolling only one way, ie, down the doc, and will not scroll me back to the top. I can still scroll both ways with the arrows and "slider" at the side. Mac is still under warranty so I contacted John Lewis, who suggested I try another mouse on it to identify whether it's a mouse problem, but the only other one I have has a parallel (?) plug and I can't plug it in. Any suggestions? Thanks John Nixon
