Well congratulations or is that commiserations? No I'm sure it's the former!
I would select your wordprocessor.
Then select A6 or 6x4 in page setup
Buy some blank index (6.x 4 inches) cards in Rymans or any good stationer
Print your speech onto them with a page number on each and only on one side 
having already typed them in a suitably large font
