Always the way. When I was there, my non-working battery worked again and they determined that the fault was with my power cable on my original magsafe adapter, which they replaced.
When I got home, the computer was in sleep mode but no light came on when I plugged in my original magsafe. When I plugged in my third party magsafe the computer started but I now have a 'service battery' error. The battery has only done 199 cycles which is fairly low for a 3 year old battery (I think). Is it worth taking it back as I have 19 days of Applecare left on this machine or should I just buy a new battery? -Adam Adam Field ----------------------------------------------------- C: +44 (0)750 624 1234 Keep your computer secure by getting a mac.
