Talking of mad things – or should that be maddening things? – how can I convince Address Book not to keep on inserting surnames that I have deleted? I prefer my family and friends to appear on my emails by first name only, but Address Book keeps adding surnames as if it knows best. This is particularly awkward in the case of a daughter-in-law who has retained her maiden name, but Address Book keeps adding her husband's surname.
