Hi Ranulph - I have just contacted Amazon about a Kensington Phone Charger, which stopped working after a couple of months. I've been through the Amazon stages, and I've been contacted by the seller, so I know that it has worked.
This is what I did - Go to "Your Account" Click the yellow "View Orders" button. Find your order (I used the search bar). When you find your order, there is a menu on the the right - choose between contact seller/ file a claim/ return items I clicked on "contact seller", which took me to a page, where I filled in a form. If you can't be bothered with all that, there is also - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=502564 Good luck!
