We're on Virgon 20MB, consistently fast even at peak times. In fact when Lion was apparently going to take 2-3 hours to download I paused and did a speed test with one of Virgin's recommended independents. At 8pm (peak time) I was getting 13.8MB. Lion was slow because of all the (other) fanbois downloading at an inconsiderate time :) In the end, it only took about 40 mins.
