upgraded but in doing so, my Tools were corrupted, and all I needed to
do was turn off 3D acceleration in options.

Instead, the tech support spent 90 mins on my machine through team
viewer, trying to delete files through regedit and redo uninstaller
was needed in the end to remove 700ish legacy files she couldn't find!

Honestly, why does anyone bother with Windows!

Anyway, I'm delighted to say that all now works a treat!
