One thing I've noticed since upgrading my iMac to Lion is that printing from a PC using Bonjour has started working again after at all the time during Snow Leopard when it didn't. I've not seen any comments about Bonjour with Lion but my wife will be pleased that she can again print from her school-supplied PC when at home.
