Hi, We've had a hard drive fail. It seems like it is whirring and the light is on but it's not showing up on Finder. We've tried two cables, but the connection to the drive is a bit worn and slack. Saying that it's getting electric to the drive because as I said it's light is on.
We need to get the data off the drive so are there options when something like this happens and if they are what are they :) We're in Argentina at the moment so it's going to be tricky I know.
