Yes it did Ray, but only for my iPod touch not my old 2007 classic iPod. I am sure it is iTunes somewhere 'cos I transferred music to it from iTunes back in 2007. Is there any other way to get at it?

Hi you founts of all knowledge.
My iPod Classic (date early 2007) with colour screen was stolen on holiday. My insurance company now wants to know the serial number. Like most idiots I did not make a note of this when I purchased it. My insurance company tells me it can be done through iTunes, but of course didn't tell me how! Can any of you chaps help me out?----- Please (beg, grovel, etc.)
