Saliva and rubbing it on the sofa (courtesy of my toddler) was actually
remarkably effective.

Not however something I'd recommend, I was lucky he didn't suck the docking
port...

I tend to just polish with a lens cloth or even my shirt on occasion.

But I can recommend PhoneDevil's Magic Screen Crystal clear edition.  Best
screen protector I've come across, comes with cleaning advice prior to
fitting.  Not so "oleophobic" as the glass though.
