Friends

I've posted about this before, but managed to discern a few more
details since last time.....

When I'm in Pages, working on a document, the HardDisk is constantly
at work (a steady click, 2 per second) and being used to such a silent
MacBook with SL, it really, really is quite distracting.

If I Alt-Tab to any other app, the noise stops (like now, in Safari to
type this!). Go back to Pages, and up it starts again. Argh!

I assume it's the AutoSave feature?
Does anyone else notice it? Should it really be reading/writing to the
HDD so regularly?

Thanks all

AP
