Hi John,

We don't have any issues with the network setting, we can see the printer, and can print to it from machines running older OS; as far as I know the issue is with Snow Leopard (and I guess Lion) and Windows 7 (and I guess 8) drivers not supporting it.

What OS are you using with it?
