Printopia is great. If there's a Mac on your network (10.5 or later) that's always on, Printopia is worth the price. It can also do a bunch of fancy things in which you set up virtual printers which actually make PDFs or JPGs and deliver them to your dropbox or evernote or particular machines etc.
