Tried to upgrade my iPad 2, downloaded new version of iTunes, plugged in iPad, waited a long time then got the message "could not restore iPad - internal error". I am still using Snow Leopard may be the problem? My 16 GB ipad memory is almost "used up" - may be the problem? Any advice gratefully received! PhilT
