Thanks Sam, I don't do much of that but if I do, Yahoo always tells me the file 
has been scanned for viruses - is their scanning adequate or is it PC biased?

If you regularly receive and forward on files via email, there's a chance one 
of them could contain a PC virus, which you could pass on to someone else. An 
antivirus program could alert you to this before you end up having to ring all 
your exes ;)
