Well I've updated my iPhone 4S, iPad and ATV2 all over the air and so far so good.
Battery life on the phone seems to be slightly improved, I've got a fairly intensive background monitor app that eats through %s an hour that doesn't seem to have done so this far. And 3G can still be turned off. On the iPad everything seems slightly more responsive but other than that no noticeable changes. The biggest changes are with the ATV2 which has a new interface.
