Best idea would be : Bluehost.com : they offer unlimited storage & domains for $7 a month. They won't register a .co.uk domain but you can register it elsewhere and point the domain's nameservers to bluehost Google Apps : they offer 10 users per domain, each with 8GB of online storage for emails
The combination of the two has always worked well for my clients. Daily.co.uk are also good but a bit more expensive and you have to pay per hosting package per domain unless if you buy a reseller package.
