An Outlook related question please. 

A colleague has purchased a new laptop but is not receiving all emails . He 
knows this as when checking the old machine and opening Outlook he is receiving 
emails (which are not deleted from the Sky ISP server) but when performing the 
same action on the new machine only some of the emails are downloaded. 

He has checked all settings and spam folders etc. Any ideas please?
