Hi All I've just successfully upgraded the CPUs in my MacPro from 2x dual core 2.66Ghz Intel Xeon to 2x quad core 2.66Ghz Intel Xeon (X5355). So far the computer's been fine, no crashes, and is much more responsive. If anyone's got a 2006 MacPro they need kicking into life then I'll talk you through it.
