Bit of a strange request but here goes. I've got iCloud running on a MacBook and my iPhone but I'd like to start again from scratch. Is it possible to untick all the items that are currently shared (contacts, calendar etc.) elect to keep local copies on both devices and then choose what to synch all over again?
