I downloaded an application which my iMac won't allow me to install so I went to System Prefs and Security & Privacy, but the little padlock won't open when I click on it. I am the Admin person for my own computer yet I can't seem to change any settings any more in Preferences. The lock is stuck in each window. Help!!
