I find Mail to be just fine for everything I need. My mailbox is usually empty as I use David Allen's GTD method which gives me a warm glow. I used to have many more folders but have now slimmed them dramatically, use a set for regualr newsletters which are popped in there by mail's rules. The rest are mnostly dumped in one or two folders and then I use the excellent search and smart Folders to handle the rest.
I've just tried MailHub which is a handy Mail utility if you use plenty of folders - http://dervishsoftware.com Cheers, Stephen On 5 Oct 2012, at 16:22, Keith Scott <[email protected]> wrote: > Believe it or not, folks, I started on Netscape's mail using 4 incoming > addresses. > I am using OSX 10.4.11 on Dual 2 GHz PowerPC G5 for my Mail > I never liked Outlook Express or Apple's Mail or Entourage > So, I still use Netscape's Mail but not it's Browser > It has a perfectly adequate and easily managed structure:- > > Netscape 7.2 > Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.7.2) > Gecko/20040804 Netscape/7.2 > > It has not been upgraded since 2004!!!! > > Keith "Since 2002, we've lost Johnny Cash, Bob Hope, Steve Jobs and Jimmy Saville.
