So glad I'm holding back on upgrading IOS on my iPhone 4. I did do the upgrade on our iPad (3) and there's no battery loss at all. Charged around one or two days ago. And this is with Location Services, Photostream, iCloud and Bluetooth on. I regard my usage as being quite heavily Internet oriented - browsing, email, internet radio, etc. The only oddity I have is that AirPrint from the iPhone isn’t so quick using Printopia on my Mac, and for some reason doesn’t seem to work at all on iPads. Probably a networking issue but only started since upgrading to iOS 6.
