Hi Derek,
These certificates are stored in Keychain Access. When I clicked on your "show Details" it put yours in my Keychain. Why not simply go to yours: Application/Utilities/Keychain Access. Click on 'Certificates' within the Category section, bottom left. You will see your self signed certificate on the right in the list, just highlight it and delete it.
