I suggest that you log onto your Yahoo account and see if these spam emails are in your 'sent' items. If they are, your Yahoo account has been hacked and the spammer has actually logged into your Yahoo account to send the messages. If this is the case, and you've changed your mail password once or more, the password is continually being guessed or the value is being obtained from your computer another way.
