I don't see - technically, not logically - how they can be accessing your account without the password. By all means contact apple (and try logging into iCloud.com) but the critical factor is that nothing has happened that excluded the explanation that this person has signed up for an account and then misremembered the ID they used across the board. Probably at work they use p.hunter@ so it's finger habit when typing.
Signs it is more than that: - calendar entries appearing in an iCloud calendar - the Sent messages folder contains emails not from you (ignore the inbox for this) - uploads to iCloud of other documents you don't recognize in eg Pages Ie anything that has been added by another person. So far it looks to me like they simply got confused. I had this a lot when I had j.davies@work: I was getting people's bank sign-up emails etc Also - did yoi receive a 'welcome to iCloud' email at the start of all this? If not, my suspicions are correct. Try emailing [email protected]. They may have set up that first, before s/he forgot. Probably Pat is going nuts wondering why all those emails are not arriving... -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Sussex Mac User Group" group.
