We have the free version (3 devices - computers). Seems to work fine but
we've never used it for real with an actual device loss. I keep debating
whether to spend money with them and extend the number of devices, but
I've read poor reviews for the iPhone and iPad apps and can't decide.
So I will also watch with interest the replies to this thread.
