Check in the iCal menu > Preferences > Accounts > what type of account is your
.me calendar account? If it's already iCloud then try signing into
www.icloud.com and check your password is correct.
If it's not iCloud, but is a CalDAV account to the mobile me servers, you'll
need to swap to iCloud.
