Hmmm.

I've still got snooze. It appears in the centre of the screen with "Tap to 
snooze" written across it! Also, you can press either of the volume buttons (as 
in iOS6) to snooze which is usually a lot easier when you're still half asleep.

Also, check that the alarm in question has the 'Snooze' switch ON.

There was a bug in iOS 7.0.1 whereby in Notification Centre it said that I had 
two 06:35 alarms set for today and that I had an 07:00 alarm set for tomorrow 
even though there was only one 06:35 alarm and NO 07:00 alarm. iOS 7.0.2 update 
has fixed that problem.

Unless the reboot fixed it ... ;)
