I've completely had it with iTunes. Is it just me? Every update makes it
harder to actually watch your videos. It defaults to a listing that
doesn't work for me, searching for items doesn't work, clicking in
things makes them play from last unwatched instead of letting you see
which episode of a series you have.
I bought the new South Park series and got an email saying I can get a
new one. Apparently I've downloaded all the ones for my ID from the
store but there's no sign of any series at all in the alphabetical
listings (the rant goes on for some time). If I search, there are loads
but not the new series. Even searching on the store, it's difficult to
get more than previous series in completely random orders. I have
actually spent longer *looking for* the episode than I ever will
watching it. And I haven't found it in either location yet.
Years ago I had iViewMedia Pro or similar which was also pretty awful
but not this bad. Has anyone cracked this? I can just move stuff into
iTunes to go on iPad etc if I want it there but store it somewhere where
I can actually *find* it the rest of the time...:(
