interesting. The precise steps are
1) Open a document in Pages on monitor 1
2) close it.
3) Pages remains open, visible on monitor 1 menubar and in Dock. Click
on monitor 2.
4) Pages no longer showing in Dock, apparently quit itself.
Any two-monitor fiends out there finding this (or not)?
