Have you tried logging into the outlook web access and looking in the
synchronization errors mailbox?

Every time I try to log-in via the web, it says this
You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which
can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your
Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to
Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com
account).
That's from every log-in I can find: outlook.com,
https://login.live.com/ and something else I forget.
Even when I am logged in to https://office.microsoft.com/ and I click on
'My Office', it sends me to...a log-in page. Which reports the error
above.
I can see my Mail, Calendar etc here:
https://pod51036.outlook.com/owa/#path=/mail which is where I'm
redirected from http://www.ucl.ac.uk/isd/live_login, the advice pages.
So...is there anywhere else I might be able to find this sync error log?
Outlook the app doesn't show any error in the log nor the messages: it's
only in emailganizer on iOS and Mailmate/Mail on OS X that show these.
