I'm pleased (a week later than intended, just been busy) to say that
Adam Field will be taking over as admin in the next couple of weeks. He
was the only definite offer so I don't see any need for further process.
We'll be doing a transition period of a couple of weeks so he has plenty
of time to get the hang of the fiddly but few tasks that arise in the
role. We'll confirm when the transition is complete.
I fully intend to hang around in what seems to be the best MUG in the
world (I've seen a few!).
So, for now, thank you very much to Adam for stepping up, thank you to
everyone here for being a group worth being part of and also an
honourable mention for Graham Street, who pays out of his own pocket for
the domain http://www.sussexmug.org.uk and maintains that public face of
the group for us.
I look forward to people asking for help with their new Mac Pros, iPads
and all over Xmas...;)
